Michael Dadario's 25+ years of retail experience includes top leadership roles at several flagship brands. Positions he has held include President for Bare Escentuals and Executive Vice President for Retail at J. Crew, Williams-Sonoma Inc., Banana Republic and Gap Inc.

Mr. Dadario's consistent record of success has been built on a simple guiding principle – an unwavering focus on serving the customer. To achieve that simple goal, he deploys a sophisticated mix of observation, analysis, inspiration and action - a unique blend of expertise developed over many years of service at the heights of retail. With the customer firmly in mind, he finely tunes the brand's focus and builds and executes a strategy for sustained profitability. His team of seasoned associates has a wide range of expertise − including operations, staffing, training, real estate, design and marketing. Together, they offer a comprehensive business solution without the costly overhead.

MDADARIO was originally established as Sense Consulting in 2000.

Mitch Laufer is the founder of Sense Consulting a brand management firm where new businesses grow into established luxury brands. With a reputation for impeccable taste, Mitch helps owners and clients position themselves at the top of their opportunity in the food, wine, and real estate sectors. Mitch grew his skills as a professional marketer in a national sales role for Spain's largest alcoholic beverage company, Osborne Y Cia. Twenty years later, he launched Sense Consulting to create sales and marketing campaigns within the thriving United States wine market. A high-end real estate development firm lured Mitch away from Sense Consulting to help grow Vanguard Properties where he directed Marketing and Public Relations for this fast-growing residential real estate firm.

In 2011 Mitch left his role at Vanguard to re-launch Sense Consulting as his primary passion. Clients enjoy the full spectrum of his skills and capabilities – including the creation of brand marketing campaigns that leverage the power of digital media, the development of a complete visual platform to support sales, and the recruitment and management of international sales teams.

Carole Lynn comes to her work with more than twenty years retail experience in stores, headquarters & international markets. She held a variety of senior leadership roles at Gap Inc. where she supported responsibilities in Operations, Communications, Distribution and Finance – highlighted by time directing Store Operations for Banana Republic and Gap in France and Germany. She has a passion managing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, opening new markets, and introducing a brand to new customers. She's helped launch numerous new businesses, training programs, and led complex systems implementations involving hundreds of employees deployed to thousands of stores in the U.S. and abroad. Above all, Carole Lynn is famous for on-time and on-target results.

In 2002 Carole Lynn launched a consulting services firm to deliver marketing, communications and operations services in the for-profit and nonprofit worlds. Her purpose is always the same: Design high-impact solutions that address today's needs in a framework that enables tomorrow's growth. She brings senior-level communications expertise to every engagement – online, in print, in presentations, and internally.

Carole Lynn began working for Michael Dadario in 1993. Michael handed Carole Lynn a life-changing opportunity when he suggested she move to Paris for a role with Gap. Years later the opportunities continue growing through fascinating work with truly amazing clients.
